Twitter was a hot topic in a recent Central London Employment Tribunal. What were the key tweets in the tribunal of Allison Bailey vs Stonewall and Garden Court Chambers.
Some of Allison’s tweets during 2019 which expressed her gender critical beliefs are put forward in her claim as what are known as protected acts. These include:
a) Cotton ceiling or Morgan Page tweet
Allison Bailey attended the meeting at Conway Hall on 22 October 2019 where attendees agreed to form the LGB Alliance.

Garden Court Chambers’ response tweets

Supportive tweets were raised in cross examination of David De Menezes on 25 May, including those from Debbie Hayton and Helen Steel.
