Impairment Stage
The Impairment Stage of the tribunal began on 6 June 2022. On the basis of the allegations proved against her, Dr Webberley was found guilty of misconduct and was found to be impaired to practice. See the complete text of the decision at this link:
Sanctions Stage
Sanctions were announced on 30 June 2022. A period of suspension of two months commencing immediately. If the sanction is appealed the suspension remains in place during the period of the appeal.
