Helen Webberley vs General Medical Council
Appeal at the High Court against sanctions
Helen Webberley is appealing the sanctions applied by the Medical Practitioner’s Tribunal Service (MPTS). Dr Webberley was found guilt of misconduct and was suspended for a period of two months. Sanctions may have consequences in terms of licensure, insurance and other matters.

Update 31st March 2023 - Helen Webberley succeeded in her appeal. The judgement from Mr Justice Jay can be found here.
